The General Services Division is responsible for administrative affairs at NAS, including human resources, facilities management, budgets, and accounting. There are three operational teams, which are as follows.
(1) Human Resources Team
Establishes the core tasks & research strategy of the operating organization, human resources including financial operations, revitalization of research activity, and devising organizational development strategy, etc.
(2) Facilities And Accounting Team
Responsible for the management of state-owned property and research facilities by ensuring safety and saving energy. It also provides accounting services relating to employee salaries and budget execution.
(3) Procurement Team
To support research projects efficiently, the Procurement Team's main duty is to supply goods, equipment, and other research-related facilities to researchers, as well as to manage such research-related goods and equipment.
